La Segunda Bakery and Cafe is a must stop when visiting Tampa. The Ybor location offers a traditional "Tampa" feel. This is not a dine-in location. Customers can pick up a delicious pastry, traditional Cuban sandwich, cafe con leche, and so much more. The guava and cheese pastry was delicious. The bakery has freshly baked bread and pastries that taste amazing. Everything is flavorful and perfectly made with high quality ingredients. The shop is cozy, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing, especially the Cuban sandwich. Many have tried Cuban sandwiches all over the East Coast, and none come close to this one. Customers have ordered big orders online, including 5 breakfast sandwiches, guava pastry, and an iced latte. The bakery is busy, but service is quick. The morning cafe con leche and guava and cheese pastries are irresistible. Cinnamon rolls the size of your face are also featured on the menu.
