I've been to Samurai Blue a few times now, and it has become one of my favorite sushi spots in Tampa. The fish has always tasted fresh, and I've never had a bad roll. The service is friendly without feeling rushed, and the staff is always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. We’ve been regulars at Samurai Blue for years and have never been disappointed. The sushi is consistently fresh, and the service is always good. While we’ve only ordered sushi (so can’t speak to other dishes), our favorites include the salmon nigiri (which comes topped with thin lemon slices) and the Kyoto roll.
