They make the best cafe con leche! ☕️✨ I love to walk here on a work break and grab a Cuban tostada or a box of chicken with rice and veggies to go. This is real comfort food, and super affordable.
Dollar for dollar this is the best spot to get lunch in Tampa. The large picadillo rice and beans is plenty for two people. They have a fire large cuban sandwich that fills you up for under 10 bucks.Palms is not really the kind of place you would recommend to someone visiting Tampa or take someone to for a lunch date.
