“I stopped in on Friday to buy some sweets for a co worker's birthday and was greeted by Emi. Her smile was warm and her personality was even better. I don't drink coffee often but since I am moving to Apollo Beach today I decided to stop by today for a coffee and Emi was at the counter again and I can testify that Friday wasn't a fluke. She is exactly what any business owner to want at the front line. So many businesses are struggling to find good employees and it's obvious when I walk into a store and get the employee doesn't want to be there and you are inconveniencing them by asking for help. Not only does Emi deserve recognition but she deserves a raise also!!“

“Good food. On time delivery service. I actually ordered incorrectly. Called them and the young girl I spoke with stated she'd have the cook correct before order went out for delivery. My thoughts were, this order will get messed up or she'll forget. Nope, recvd the delivery on time, dropped off where I wanted and the entire order was correct. Hats off!“

“This crew both morning and night is the only reason I refuse (if I can) to get my coffee anywhere else. They welcome me like I’m a family member, knows my complex pain in the rear order and never do I get a negative or huffy attitude about doing “extra” as I experience in other stores on a regular basis. “I absolutely love this location! Everyone is always so nice, welcoming, and friendly. Because of how comfortable the atmosphere is, I come here almost four times a week to complete my studies.

The location is always extremely clean, and you can see the entire team taking part in keeping everything organized and welcoming. Another thing that really impresses me is how everyone seems to know my name every time I walk in. They even remember little details from conversations I had weeks before, which makes the experience feel so personal.

I also love that when it’s not too busy, they will often bring your order directly to you. It’s amazing how much the team remembers about their regular customers. I have visited many other Starbucks locations, but I have never experienced one quite like this. I’ve even seen customers walk in and hear their names before they have a chance to place their order!

“I remember when Dunkin' Donuts and Mister Donut were competitors. Back in the day, the donuts were made in house, fresh every morning. There were literally dozens of choices. Now they only stock a few varieties and you have to take what they have received from the main bakery. I long for the old days of customer service and a competitive sales playing field.“

“This is one of the few Dunkin’ Donuts locations that’s open 24 hours, which I really appreciate. I come here about three times a week around 4:40-4:50 in the morning for my iced coffee, and the staff is always amazing, friendly and welcoming, with smiles on their faces.

Honestly, I couldn’t start my mornings without my Dunkin’ ice coffee. Even with all the construction and road closures that make me go further out of my way just to get here and then double back to continue to work.“
