“I really wanted to try this place since I saw it on TikTok. I was skeptical after reading the reviews of bad customer service. Well, I went with my daughter, and we were greeted with a smile and everyone was attentive. My daughter wasn’t feeling her best, so I told her let’s have a mommy daughter day, however dressed she wanted to. So we drove from Davenport all the way here and this place did not disappoint. We had the mango and raspberry fruit pastry and it was DELICIOUS! The drive was worth it and will be coming here again☺“

“This review is for whatever girl was working the shift on Friday 7/31 at around 12pm to 12:30pm by herself (sorry I didn’t get your name). She was working by herself, drive through line full, inside full and she still greeted me and my daughter with an extremely pleasant demeanor, ATTEMPTED to make something for me she didn’t even know how to do & went to the back to look for the doggie popsicles to see if they were in stock, etc.

You have the patience of a saint & idk if you enjoy your line of work or not but you’re extremely good at it cause I would have been crashing out tbh. Even with everything going on, she remained calm and took control of what could have been a chaotic situation (for example, closing the drive through and asking people to place orders inside instead [hope I’m not getting you into trouble but to me this is a sign of excellent leadership skills]).

Anywho, good customer service skills are rare these days and that girl deserves a raise. Even my 13 year old commented on it & that girl don’t pay attention to anything lol

I went back and got a Philly chicken and cheese 10/10 great price and even better sandwich. “I’m recently dairy free because my baby girl has an allergy. I ordered an iced caramel oat milk drink thinking it was dairy free, and then after I had already received my order questioned whether the caramel itself was actually dairy free or not. I went to the window and the worker confirmed it was not. I was clearly super bummed and they offered to make me a different drink. I really appreciated that they did that. My coffee was delicious!“

“I’ll be honest — it takes a lot for me to move away from my regular rotation. My go-to cigars have traditionally been the HVC Hot Cakes and the Fresh Out of the Oven Broadleaves. Those have been staples in my humidor for quite some time. But after discovering Tabanero Cigars, I haven’t purchased another brand since.

My first experience was with the Corona Gorda last November and from the very first draw I knew this wasn’t your average cigar. The burn was razor sharp, the construction was flawless, and the ash held beautifully longer than I expected. What impressed me most was the transition in the flavor profile midway through the smoke. It evolved in a way that kept the cigar interesting from start to finish without ever becoming harsh or overpowering.

My next Tabanero cigars were as follows:
Toro Connecticut then the Robusto Candela and both were phenomenal in their own, right. Each cigar had its own personality while maintaining the same level of quality construction, smooth draw, and excellent burn ratio that I’ve now come to expect from Tabanero.

Those experiences immediately pushed me to order one of the Barberpole bundles — my first barberpole cigar ever — and quite frankly, I was blown away. The secondary wrapper burned beautifully, the craftsmanship was exceptional, and the quality far exceeded what I expected from a bundled cigar. It smoked with the kind of consistency and balance you typically expect from premium boxed offerings.

Needless to say, I’ve already ordered two more bundles — the Churchills and the Box Pressed Robustos, as well as a box of the Nero’s — because at this point, I’m sold. As someone who values consistency, craftsmanship, and flavor evolution in a cigar, Tabanero has absolutely earned my loyalty.

Phenomenal cigars. Exceptional value. Outstanding construction. And most importantly, cigars that make you excited for the next smoke.

Not sure if you guys are trying to save money or cut corners at customers expense...but the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea literally taste like tea and water..very weak. I asked you to add more milk because it was not good the last time I purchased it. I honestly been driving a few extra miles to Zen Dumplings to order the boboa tea...because it literally taste how yours use to taste. I’ll definitely be back my niece received some of the mochi waffles and they are DELICIOUS, she enjoyed them so much. We can’t wait to come back. “It was my first time here. I was helped by Lal, who was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and even gave her own input and suggestions. She didn't appear bothered or tired of explaining the difference in drinks at all. She was super friendly. I ended up getting a purple rice yogurt drink, which was delicious. The purple rice doesn't really have any flavor itself, but the texture it adds is great. In addition to the in-house made green tea jelly, it's a great combination with no boba needed, in my opinion. The only thing I would change on my next order is maybe to get it less sweet, but other than that it tasted great“

“We stopped at this place after looking for a breakfast restaurant near the casino. We drove past it at first but found it. And we're very happy we did find it. It's just a take out restaurant with a limited menu but the food was the best breakfast I've had in a while. I got the catfish and grits and it was delicious. My wife got the pork chop breakfast and it was good. Maybe a little over done. The portion are huge and the prices are fair. Highly recommend.“
