“It's a fast food Dunkin donut chain. What can I tell you? They sell coffee right?. They sell donuts and breakfast sandwiches as you would expect. The hash browns that I got with my order were disappointing. They do. They need to do something to bring up their hash brown quality. The sandwich was acceptable. Out of desperation I'll likely visit again.“

She very apologetically explained they were out of lemonade and offered to upgrade to a larger/more expensive drink at no additional charge. Once I decided, she quickly get the beverage. She was very friendly and genuine.“
