“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “If you love snapper, this is definitely a place I would recommend checking out. For the price, the portion size of the snapper is absolutely perfect, and the flavor is amazing. Every time I’ve ordered it, the snapper has been the highlight of the meal.

The only area I think could use a little improvement is the sides. I normally order the black beans, beans, or lentils, and the portions can sometimes feel a little small. On a couple of occasions, it seemed like I received more broth or soup than actual beans.

That being said, overall this is still a very solid place to eat. They have several other good menu options, but the snapper is definitely my favorite. If you’re a snapper lover and want a great portion with excellent flavor at a reasonable price, this is a place I would absolutely recommend.“

“Excellent, authentic and very tasty food. We drive almost 1.5 hrs to get to this place only because the food is so good. You literally think you're back home! My husband just loves their spicy Guntur Masala Dosa and I'm a fan of the Sukha Goat Biryani. This time on Sujatha's recommendation we also tried the Chicken Majestic Biryani. Not disappointed at all! Now my problem is how to eat all that in one shot... Just wish they were closer to Central Florida.“

“This crew both morning and night is the only reason I refuse (if I can) to get my coffee anywhere else. They welcome me like I’m a family member, knows my complex pain in the rear order and never do I get a negative or huffy attitude about doing “extra” as I experience in other stores on a regular basis. Even when they have callouts or are extremely busy, they stop and make time for everyone as if they are only customer there. “I absolutely love this location! Everyone is always so nice, welcoming, and friendly. Because of how comfortable the atmosphere is, I come here almost four times a week to complete my studies.

The location is always extremely clean, and you can see the entire team taking part in keeping everything organized and welcoming. Another thing that really impresses me is how everyone seems to know my name every time I walk in. They even remember little details from conversations I had weeks before, which makes the experience feel so personal.

I also love that when it’s not too busy, they will often bring your order directly to you. It’s amazing how much the team remembers about their regular customers. I have visited many other Starbucks locations, but I have never experienced one quite like this. I’ve even seen customers walk in and hear their names before they have a chance to place their order!
