“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “Listen it's Applebee's however, we came in pretty late after a local high school graduation with a party of 14. We were not the only large party in attendance by the way. Our server, Jason was absolutely amazing accommodating and patient with our group which consisted of all age groups. The food was OK, because hey, it's Applebee's (no offense) but the service was top notch. People like Jason make the world go round, people like Jason make the world easier to navigate. We need more Jasons. Peace!“

“We ordered 2 burgers, yuca fries and empanadas. The burgers and the vegetables on the burgers were all very fresh. The empanadas were a favorite and only recommendation I have for the yuca fries is to add a sauce with them.
Great atmosphere but it did take a while to get our food. Order ahead to save from waiting.“

“Love the comfy chairs at the Riverview location! I came in for a solo breakfast and great service by Hunter even before I sat at the table. Once the hostess took me to my table I let her know I needed to use the restroom and by the time I got back Hunter already had a Glass of ice water and coffee at the table which I really thought was great since sometimes you have to wait a bit for just a glass of water. I spent 19 years in hospitality mainly managing and I watched Hunter interact with his tables and I can see Hunter is a great server; anticipating guest needs, making genuine connections and food suggestions. After COVID the hospitality industry has been having a rough time finding good workers and I think this location nailed it with Hunter.“

“We came here while we were down in Riverview visiting a friend and WE HAD AN AMAZING NIGHT! 10/10 across the board. Cheap ice cold draft beer. The ambiance is nice. Clean bathrooms. It’s also right on the water which is beautiful. The boiled peanuts are also really good. TONITA THE BARTENDER MADE OUR EVENING EVEN BETTER!! She was absolutely lovely. So fun and kind. A REALLY good bartender. We even got souvenir shirts. Can’t wait until we visit again so we can head to the shed!“

“I door dashed around 3:45am on 7/4/2026 and whatever you are paying the chef, I promise you it is not enough. This was the best ihop breakfast I’ve ever had & considering how late it is.. to receive such quality. I don’t usually write reviews but this simple bacon egg pancake and hashbrown meal cooked so perfectly I felt it was my responsibility to at least show my gratitude. Thank you to the chef you deserve a raise.“

“Had a decent overall experience going to Longhorn celebrating our anniversary. The hostess was kind and courteous and had us seated fairly quickly. The server was kind but checked in somewhat sporadically, although the place wasn't overly crowded it appeared there were very few servers so she was quite busy.

Food was overall decent. I thought their prices were overall reasonable and the flavors were good enough. I got the ribeye and they cooked it nicely but didn't leave me wowed. My wife got a parmesan crusted filet which she thoroughly enjoyed. Sides were good but not great.

Overall a decent dining experience. Probably wouldn't go back in favor of trying other places but definitely not a bad option if you're looking for a steakhouse in the area.“
