I recently dined at First Watch for brunch, and my experience left me with mixed feelings. While the service was commendable and the ambiance was pleasant, I must admit I was underwhelmed by the menu offerings. Perhaps my expectations were high, but the flavors fell short. my absolute favorite breakfast restaurant, staff is always super nice and the lemon blackberry French toast is the best French toast ive ever had, they also have great potatoes, bacon and sausage. but my favorite thing of all is there mint mocha coffee, it is without a doubt the best coffee ive ever had in my life. highly recommend!!

Our food was great, as usual; we have not had bad food from a First Watch yet!Our server seemed a little stretched thin, or something else was going on.Vegetarian options: If you ask for adaptations, they can usually make some adjustments, an experienced vegan cook can.
