We recently hosted my granddaughter’s 10th birthday party at The Alley at South Shore on Sunday, February 23. Our experience with the billing and customer service afterward was extremely disappointing.

Horrible customer service.. We are regular league bowlers and we signed for Tuesday night mixers and when we arrived we got told they are full. Danielle worked to get us on Wednesday night league.. when showed up Holly the worthless person told us she cut us and put another team in our place.. wow what useless people that operate there at the alley.. lost my business and letting everyone know what happened… very upsetting and disheartening.. we are loyal and always bring money...read full review
They are unprofessional, they don’t communicate with their customers. I got there early she took our name. Told us to come back up at 9:30.Then told me to get back in the line.Manager wasn’t any help
