THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY FOR THE POUR OVER.
I will buy a bag of coffee here and try at home. My spidey senses tell me I will like the coffee here but the barista pour over skills here are not great. Bitter cup with a tremendous amount of coffee fines at the bottom, which tell me the culprit may have been the grind setting.
Why this matters. Local patrons when they order a pour over are trialing the coffee to see if they would purchase it on a regular basis. It takes a lot...read full review
