Killer burgers, great beers and awesome staff
First time eating here I entirely recommend eating here this place is fresh food and coffee ect I love this new restaurant I am eating here people are friendly here and playing awesome rollback music like the 80s and the 90s music super sweet.

Late Start is a restaurant that always exceeds expectations and is a top stop in Tampa. Whether for a few drinks or food, you can’t go wrong. The food is straight fire. Must-try items include the smash burgers, widely considered the best in Tampa with crispy edges, and the classic burger. The patty melt is delicious, though some find it a bit greasy. Other highlights are the bacon taco, chorizo taco, waffle fries, french fries, fried pickles, pimento cheese, and hashbrowns. The fries are killer and seasoned perfectly.
The drinks hit the spot, from great beer and coffee to a delicious mango Thai tea beer and iced lavender matcha latte. The staff and ownership are top notch, easy going, and incredibly welcoming. The music is always a vibe, contributing to the good food, drinks, and vibes. It is a must visit in Tampa.
