Extremely slow 🐌 and it wasn't busy even 3:30pm. 😴 fell asleep waiting on line.
Staff was really helpful and went out of their way to show me how to use their app. Food was all fresh and tasty.
I had a great experience here decided by Mike John and Calvin all 3 were super helpful with ordering and even my last minute changes i get how much fast food is stressful but they kept a smile throughout it and was genuine if BK wants improvement as franchise this is the first step alongside the fresh and hot food served. i notice chicfilas way of things but i honestly felt the same with this service today good work if management sees this please keep them if you want improvement...read full review

The new crew member, Ms. Ebony, creates a welcoming atmosphere with her kindness and serves hot food. The general manager and the entire team handle orders professionally, providing a genuine and amazing experience for customers. The food is good, and the restaurant is excellent, with the orders delivered on time without any wait, even for large family orders.
