This would make my fourth time coming to the uptown diner because I was going to make this my go to spot but today. I go in there I place an order and she says you're going to have to pay for your food first. I'm like okay so is this the new thing that they do now. But instead of telling me why she made me pay first she never did say anything but then I noticed other people being served is there food without paying first.
