Nobody would answer me at the drive speaker so I pulled around to the window. Once the window the rude girl working said I had to go around to the speaker. I asked her why she couldn’t take my order at the window and she said “We don’t do that”. I hardly go to BK anyway but I think this will ensure I never go back to one.

Dirty tables and food on floors. Dining room tables needed to be wiped down and floors Dept and mopped. Restaurant located in location convenient to downtown Tampa. Fries not hot, burger patty slightly warm.THEY DO NOT ACCEPT BK PERKS APP. MANAGER said they are independent store that does not accept discount perk codes.Cashier very nice.

Incredibly rude staff, will look at you and ignore you by turning around and pretending they are busy when they literally have no tickets, also, the whole store smelled like Marijuana to the point you would think they were smoking in the back of the restaurant.

The second time I've came to this Burger King location and I have had a $50 bill and they told me both times that they could not change it I will not be coming back to this location anymore this is ridiculous

The service is terrible. The area is a homeless hotspot. The staff there act annoyed that you are ordering from there making them do their job. If you order anything standard it has already been made and left sitting out to get cold. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby i highly recommend choosing any of them.

I’ve come here four times trying to get an impossible whopper, and every time they tell me that they are out. He even told me the truck comes On Tuesday and I came on Wednesday and they still told me that they were out. Ive worked in fast food and they just simply don’t want to turn the broiler on. I was looking forward to having a Burger King right around the corner, but this one will not be getting any more of my business
They couldn't even put chese on both our burgers.
