Just an incredible gastronomic experience with Chef Ebbe!! So many dishes each better than the next!! The service lead by Chef, was on point!! Yes, it is a prix fixe menu but worth every penny!!!
My neighbor kept ravin about this Scandinavian spot so I finally gave it a shot and the gravlaks was silky and fresh with dill and mustard sauce the Swedish meatballs were tender and juicy smothered in creamy gravy with lingonberry jam the pickled herring had a nice tang and the cardamom buns were warm and sticky the staff was super freindly and kept the rye bread and coffee coming
I had the immense pleasure of enjoying both the food and hospitality of Chef Ebbe, along with his talented team during my visit and both were equally exceptional and memorable.
