Just word of mouth heard of the place. What a well kept secret! The waffles delicious. The “Monkey” mural and motif are colorful and inviting. The dining chairs’ comfort is a cut above most (Yes, we noticed). The waffles exquisite. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The waffles scrumptious. The place deserves to be packed. The price more than reasonable. The waffles just the right amount of crunch and melt in your mouth delight.
What a special place with lots of great folks. My wife and I came the morning of March 13th, Olivia took care of us, and we even got to meet Peter!
One Turkey sandwich with avocado, another with avocado spread, the Waffles Old School, and the Breakfast Plate were all terrific, and the Sausage Roll was lovely. 10 out of 10, easy.

The BEST WAFFLE of my life at Waffle Monkey. Perfect Pumpkin Chai Latte, Duq had a Mind blowing banana shake. And we shared the fried chicken. OMG I dont have words for how fantastic this place is but with every bite we found ourselves saying “Wow”! Please please please open a Waffle Monkey in Apollo Beach!!!!
