“Food is fresh and delicious!!. Had the arroz chicken chaufa, chicken tamal, and the chicha mortgage drink. Very very very good food here. Glad this place is still around. I come here when in the area. Service is wonderful and welcoming. Wish this was closer to where I live.“

“Aji Ceviche was a fantastic dinner. From the warm welcome by the staff to the welcome shots and explanation of the menu, the service was top notch. Great variety of tasty ceviches and very cool Chinese influenced dishes were a delightful surprise. Only advice would be to cut the fish in smaller pieces for the ceviches so the marinade could be absorbed better, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Cannot wait to go back and try more items!“

“The food at El Rancho de Sarasota was incredible — super fresh, full of flavor, and genuinely authentic. As a Peruvian, it’s hard to find places that truly get it right, but this spot absolutely does.
A big thank-you to Lexi, who took care of our group of 11 with patience and great energy.

“We just happened upon El Ceviche and with knowledge that ceviche was invented in Peru and I hadn't had it in a long time, we ventured in with no recommendation from anyone. What a find! Best shrimp ceviche ever! My husband ordered a beef dish, Lomo Saltado and said it was delicious. Peruvian corn was a real treat. This is on my Best Of list! Go. Eat. Enjoy.“

“Great friendly staff. Beautiful ambiance and excellent food . Michael the manager will take care of any of your needs . Hands down the best skirt steak in town . Shrimp cocktail comes with a great smoking lighted bowl . Only regret is the size of the steak it s so good I could eat double its size!“

“Selva UTC in particular, is one of my favorite restaurants. From the atmosphere, food, and service, the experience is top-notch every time. The Selva Caesar salad is my favorite salad from any restaurant. My wife and I enjoy the skirt steak, lomo salteado, a variety of their small plates, and excellent drinks. We live almost an hour away and It’s worth the trip every time. I absolutely recommend checking the spot out. You won’t be disappointed!“
