Absolutely delicious, authentic, and incredible Peruvian food. Ken was our host and spoke with so much passion about the menu, it was very contagious. The Fish Ceviche is to die for, and by far our favorite kind of ceviche. We got the Pescado a lo Macho and Seco de Carne. The yellow pepper sauce for the Pescado was perfectly balanced with flavor and the slightest sweetness. LOVED! Very friendly staff and the food is EXTREMELY flavorful (FYI: I’m VERY picky)!!! I ordered the Tallarines Verdes con Pollo which is essentially a Peruvian take on an Italian chicken pesto dish. I love Pesto, but this is taken to an entirely new level. Rich in the traditional basil, garlic, olive oil, and pine nut flavors, but also with a twist and a dash of Peruvian zest that I can’t quite put my finger on. DELICIOUS!!!
