Figaro Bistro Reviews
Atmosphere great. Owner is wonderful Camille. Waiter is arrogant and never ever apologizes when food doesn’t come out prepared as requested. When an entire plate of steak frites is sent back undercooked doesn’t even offer anything as an apology
We think this place is a gem and love the staff and owners. It is small and quant and the food is amazing!
The food is delectable, the wines exquisite and the service incomparable. I love this place.

The Figaro Bistro offers a cozy atmosphere and attentive staff. Guests have raved about the delicious Cassoulet, Scallops, asparagus soup, duck, and beef Bourguignon. The restaurant is highly recommended for its fantastic food and service, making it one of the best dining spots in Sarasota. The owner and his wife are charming, and the restaurant has a loyal local following. Reservations are recommended as it is a popular destination. The Figaro Bistro provides a true French fine dining experience in a beautifully appointed setting. Visitors praise the authentic feel, excellent service, and premium quality food, with many enjoying the wine list and specials. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, making it an ideal place for a relaxed dinner. However, some guests note that the limited liquor license means only wine and beer are served. The menu includes favorites like onion soup and beef bourguignon, with desserts such as profiteroles that are highly recommended. While most find the food delicious and authentic, a few guests mention that some dishes, like seafood, may not meet their expectations, and the small size of the bistro makes reservations a good idea. Overall, the Figaro Bistro remains a beloved spot for French cuisine in Sarasota.
