“This is my favorite location. I've been to one further north neeeby and St Pete and Worcester MA and none compare. My ice cream cone is always filled correctly so I don't end up tossing an empty unfilled cone come that part, my order is ALWAYS right, warm and the only location I've been to that gives mints. Thank you to the operator for ordering these. It DOES make a difference.
Staff is wonderful for carry out and drive thru. I don't get judged for ordering odd things when on prep and just happy I can eat out somewhere
I'm happy this is my local location right now and will be sad when I move home and don't receive the consistency like here“

“Visited florida a few weeks ago and had to leave a review. Employees never miss to put a smile on my face. I ordered chicken nuggets for my niece and they were slightly cold. Experience was amazing. I didn’t get a chance to go inside so the atmosphere to me is unknown. I would go back again.“

“My DoorDash order was incorrect, so I stopped by the restaurant to have it fixed. The young men working at the counter immediately apologized and replaced my order without any hassle. Jacoby was especially kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was much different. She insisted that I was the reason my DoorDash order was incorrect, even though the salad I received wasn’t the one I had ordered in the first place. She continued to argue with me over which type of chicken I had selected, despite the fact that the entire order was wrong. At the end of the day, I simply wanted the correct salad.

Despite the situation, Jacoby went above and beyond. He made sure I had extra ketchup, the correct dressing, and even a fresh drink. He handled everything professionally while the store was busy and made what could have been a frustrating experience much better. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.“
