“This location had tasty food but a couple of issues. As i walked in I saw an elderly man with two canes struggling to get to the counter. He had ordered two sandwiches the Mrs got hers, ate it and he had been waiting stewing for over 10-minutes according to him, his wife had finished and according to him the counter employee said she would bring his sandwich right away and instead it got stuck in a pick up window. Elderly cannot alway hear people shouting a name , plus he had been told they would bring it to him. I doubt he will return. I ordered Chicken Strips with a side of mac n cheese repeated that twice. but still got waffle fries. eh. oh well they were eaten. So I dont know if they had a bunch of new hires 8/15/26 or if they are off their game. The man did call a manager and when the counter person brought his now not so warm sandwich she smiled and said there you go, all is good. probably not, he was pissed and now this review. Most CFL I have been to across the US would have bent over backward to make sure he first got his food promptly but if they made a mistake would not have made light of it. Sad. Will I go again. probably. I will change the review if its better. After all if they did have a bunch of new hires, it takes a hot minute to train.“

“As a dad of 4 boys with a very busy schedule, this Chick-fil-A on Cypress Ranch helps me with meals at least once a week. I’ve been coming here since they opened, and their service is outstanding! Always helpful, friendly, and professional. You can tell this team is properly trained and the employees are proud to work here. A special shout out to Sean, who’s always a delight when handling my order at the drive-thru. He’s consistently in good spirits and makes the experience even better. Great job! Ps.
