“I recently picked up a curbside lunch order for my family, and when I got home, I realized that two of the sandwiches had been made incorrectly. I was honestly caught off guard because, in all my years of eating at Chick-fil-A, I can’t remember ever having an issue like this. Chick-fil-A has always been top-notch when it comes to both food quality and customer service. I called the restaurant, and I immediately spoke with a manager named Keandra From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She didn’t hesitate to take ownership of the situation and offered to personally bring the entire meal to me so that everything could be made right. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds when they do and Keandra went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Keandra thank you so much for being such a pleasure to speak with and for being an excellent problem solver. Your kindness and willingness to make things right truly stood out to me.

“Today at International Plaza I was able to get my favorite version of the Sunjoy® by substituting unsweet tea for the sweet tea and diet lemonade for the sweetened lemonade, my TwistyTarty lemonade. And of course French fries.
SHAYLEE provided quick service during lunch hour rush.
Seating is open for all 11 or so eateries here in Food Court. Enjoy indoor accessible tables, high tops some with charge ports, lounge chairs, covered out door seating includes accessible tables and lounge chairs.
Accessible family, women's, men's restrooms are next to food court. Restrooms have open entry dedicated stalls with 2 grab bars and adequate space.

“I have had an amazing experience! Every time I go to a Chick-fil-A and ask for a grotesque amount of pickles, I never receive them—I always get three pickles, sometimes four if I’m lucky. 😒

However, this Chick-fil-A far exceeded my expectations! I absolutely loved my pickle pounder sandwich and would 100% come back again! The customer service was amazing as well. The staff was extremely friendly, and the manager on shift was wonderful too.

“I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! Not only is the entire staff friendly, attentive, and amazing, but they also feel like my second family. Everyone provides exceptional customer service. This location is clean, quick, reliable, and my orders are always prepared perfectly and with care.

I’m a regular, so everyone knows me by name as soon as I pull up. They take such great care of me and my girls. I have to give a special shout-out to our favorite Chick-fil-A employee, Mikayla! She is phenomenal, and my girls and I look forward to seeing her every visit. She always greets us with a big smile, fantastic energy, and genuine enthusiasm.

The highest-value move here is ordering ahead in the Chick-fil-A app and selecting drive‑thru pickup—then just tell the team member you placed a mobile order when you pull up, and you’re in and out quickly without re-ordering at the speaker. If you’re feeding a group, their catering pickup options make it easy to bring trays for meetings or family gatherings without juggling a bunch of individual orders.“

“This Chick-fil-A is located in the mall so the atmosphere is what you would expect there: somewhat noisy with a small child's free play area nearby and basic map tables and chairs. There are shorter tables and chairs, child size, near the okay area.

The service is highly organized, helpful and friendly with an average wait time. And, of course, their food had the excellent standard most Chick-fil-A food has.“

“My biggest pet peeve is when a fast food restaurant isn’t consistent with their food, but this place always hits the spot. Regarding customer service every Chick-fil-A I visited has always provided excellent customer service and this spot isn’t any different. Big shout out to Alex (don’t know his last name) but man his energy and being at the front taking orders is a big win for location, he had me laughing and keeping good conversation going while attending and doing multiple things at once. Applaud to that guy 😂“

“Got to the airport a wee bit early, ended up grabbing some lunch at the Chick-fil-A. Right out the gate, service speed was impressive. The sandwich and fries were hot and fresh. This airport location is punching way above its weight. It didn't disappoint. Keep up the good work Chick-Fil-A Tampa airport, we really appreciate everything you do!“

“I have said this on numerous reviews the one on Gandy I don't know how they train these people but they are always overly polite overly fast accommodating, I work all over the city but when I'm in the south side of town I definitely eat at the Chick-fil-A on Gandy highly recommend it! Especially if you do a call ahead online order it has been ready for me every time I have ordered people are getting a very polite in accommodating and always take care of you“

“The first thing you noticed is the separate doors, no congestion . The order line is in the middle, while the tables are on both side. Nice atmosphere clean , workers are professional and attentive . There's a normal drive thru , with a Mobile lane, I like the stress free parking from the drive thru.
In all a wonderful place to have a good meal.“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“TPA gate A chic fila A- I only ordered codde But the customer service is A1 and they have reasonable prices-no price gouging. I wonder how they are able to have reasonable prices compared to most other food places in the airport. How humane.“

“I don’t eat a lot of theme park food because it’s generally overpriced and low quality. I was happy to find a CFA inside Busch Gardens so I could get a lunch that meets the good quality you usually get with this brand. My chicken sandwich was exactly what I wanted and the only difference from a regular location was the price. Yes, the prices are over twice as much here and the menu is very limited. But I think the park sets those rules so an outside vendor doesn’t outdo all the other food locations in the park.“
