The background hum of people walking the mall created an ambiance that was both relaxed and vibrant, a perfect prelude to the meal to come.

Our server, a delightful person, was attentive without being overbearing, a true professional who guided me through the menu with expert recommendations. We started with the waffle fries , which were crisp, and an ideal introduction to the quality of the kitchen.

But the main event of course, was the Chick-fil-A sandwich. When it arrived, it was a golden-brown spectacle. The exterior was a craggy, inviting landscape of shatteringly crisp crust, clearly the result of a meticulous breading process.

Biting into the Chick-fil-A sandwich was a textural revelation. The initial crunch was loud and satisfying, giving way immediately to incredibly juicy, moist, and tender meat. “Ms. Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with the most lovely smile and apologized for the wait, I was only in line not even 2 mins lol, but that made it even more special. In that few minutes interaction I felt she is a truly beautiful person inside and out. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because it’s rare to get that customer service now.“

“Got to the airport a wee bit early, ended up grabbing some lunch at the Chick-fil-A. Right out the gate, service speed was impressive. The sandwich and fries were hot and fresh. “This place has become one of my favorite places in a few minutes because it’s so nice in here and the guy Alex who attended us was so nice and polite. It was the best treat I got in a long time. He has so much potential. It’s amazing how a fast food spot can become such a better place to visit than a fancy restaurant. I truly recommend this place to have a good meal with your loved ones. Also I love the milkshakes here, they are so good.“

“Very friendly people working here. Stopped in for breakfast and did a bit of work while at the table.. had what I believe to be the manager come up and ask how things were and refilled my drink. Also had a few workers going around making sure things were cleaned up.. you can definitely tell they take pride in their job and environment!“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“I have said this on numerous reviews the one on Gandy I don't know how they train these people but they are always overly polite overly fast accommodating, I work all over the city but when I'm in the south side of town I definitely eat at the Chick-fil-A on Gandy highly recommend it! Especially if you do a call ahead online order it has been ready for me every time I have ordered people are getting a very polite in accommodating and always take care of you“

“I came to this location about a week or two ago and the atmosphere was amazing. The front staff greeted me right away, and Nola (or Noola) and Luis and this SUPER tall gentleman were all super sweet and welcoming. I ordered the grilled chicken with mac & cheese and it was AMAZING. Seriously superb. I came back the next week and the energy was still just as great. Definitely my new favorite place!“

“TPA gate A chic fila A- I only ordered codde But the customer service is A1 and they have reasonable prices-no price gouging. I wonder how they are able to have reasonable prices compared to most other food places in the airport. How humane.“

“This is a convenient location. The only thing that could be an issue is trying to get in and out because the area is a bit contested. The food is always fresh. I usually get the spicy chicken biscuit with tea. And some times a parfait with granola. Its chick fila. They seem to have the best fast food customer service.“
