This is a very busy Chick-fil-A. I prefer to avoid it due to the drive thru and parking lot traffic.
I ordered a Southwest salad and the lettuce was old wilted and tasted like sand. I also ordered large fries and it was delicious

The location in Tampa is situated on the corner of Dale Mabry and Columbus, and despite being very busy, it has a talent for getting customers in and out quickly with quality service. Customers have praised the staff for being friendly, welcoming, and providing excellent customer service. The hospitality from Oscar and Sabrina is very amazing, they always have a smile on their face. The attendants were very helpful and attentive. The young man Charles helped explain every item on the menu in a timely manner. The restaurant consistently offers hot, fresh, and tasty meals. The dining area is kept very clean with great attention to detail. Although the parking situation remains challenging with limited spaces and crowded drive-through lines, the overall experience is positive thanks to the great people and good food.
