I only selected one star because 0 is not an option. This is BY FAR the worst Chick fil A establishment I have ever visited. I have been multiple times as I live close by, and it’s not a one time issue. I almost never even receive the correct items that I ordered, and the time it takes to receive my incorrect items is usually between 15 and 20 minutes. Multiple times I have arrived 20 minutes prior to the end of breakfast, and by the time they finally take my order I am told it is too late to order breakfast. In all seriousness, I have been in and out of the DMV in less time than it usually takes me to get a chicken sandwich at this place. I have complained to the managers, who I would most graciously describe as useless wastes of oxygen, and there has of course never been any positive change. I have complained to corporate, and their only response is to offer me a free chicken sandwich. I don’t want free stuff, I just want my damn order to be made correctly and not have my time wasted by these idiots. I have tried to be patient and forgiving, but these people are all idiots. It is not rocket science to take orders in a timely manner and put the correct items into bags. This should be a very simple job, one of the simplest jobs in modern society, but somehow these people can’t seem to do it. I would not advise my worst enemy to visit this piss poor establishment.

Been here twice. First time after coming home from a six hour flight, food still tasted just okay and the staff seemed depressed. Did a mobile order the second time and waiting a while before we left. Got there and they seemed to just be goofing around playing footsy in the middle of the rush. Everyone seemed pretty upset. It was actually kinda entertaining, but Google doesn’t have a rating for entertainment. Possibly the worst chick filia in existence. Jesus would not approve of this store.

Never in all my years of eating at chick fil a have I experienced the lobby closing before 8:30. Went to the drive thru for a salad and ice cream only to be told there is no more salads for the day or ice cream!!!! The servers were pleasant, I’m just not use to this at my normal chick fil a restaurant in Pennsylvania.

This location doesn’t feel like a chick fila. The service isn’t what I’ve come to expect. I was in line at 10:04 this morning for breakfast, and was not served breakfast because by the time I got to the front to order it was 10:39. How is it reasonable for me to wait over 30 minutes and not be offered what I came there to order.Even when it’s not peak busy you can’t get through the parking lot because of how backed up this drive thru line is. Definitely needs some sort of redesign, I’m sure it’s caused a few accidents.
