Chick-fil-A in Clearwater

“I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie on 5/5/26 at around 12:30pm. I was enjoying my food and she first asked if I had everything I needed. After a few more minutes, she came back to ask if I needed a refill which I did. She kindly refilled my drink. Outstanding service and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. It’s moments like this that separate a good restaurant from an excellent one. And she has created a memorable experience for me. God bless.“

“Stopped in for a quick snack while in the area and Chick-fil-A delivered as always! We were craving that classic Lemonade and their grilled nuggets, and both hit the spot perfectly. The 12-count grilled nuggets were tasty and the large lemonade was super refreshing.

Loved seeing the fun summertime drink promotions too — the Pineapple Dragonfruit options and other colorful drinks on the menu look amazing. Great service and a perfect quick stop. Highly recommend!“

“Ordered the kids meal. it was scrumptious. They weren't able to give me a salad container (i didn't need one anyways). The ice cream is delicious and tastes like cookie dough. I thought there would be bugs inside the restaurant but luckily there weren't. The workers are super nice. Curbside was very quick.“

“This location seems to have a staffing & professionalism issue compared to other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve visited. The food was good and met expectations. Unfortunately, the service did not.

I stood waiting for a refill while 2 employees walked past me, looked at me, & continued on without offering assistance. Thankfully, an adult employee noticed what was happening, got up from her table while eating, and kindly helped me. She shouldn’t have had to.

The food itself was fine, but the customer service from some of the younger staff came across as unprofessional and uninterested. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this specific location.“
