Panera Bread in Sarasota

“First time customer and I most assuredly will be back. The lady that took my order was so pleasant and cheerful, believe her name is Shannon. The manger on duty makes you feel welcome and is very pleasant as well. Keep it up! Will definitely be back!! 🙂👀 Update, have been back several times and I must say, I have found a new casual dining spot. Food is great as is the staff. Met another manager, Diana. She is so pleasant and helpful as is another employee: Harper. So refreshing in today's atmosphere. Thanks to everyone!! 😉👀“

“Meeting with friends and placed a pick two order times two on my app. Thought I was so smart to use my reward, only didn’t notice that I placed the order in the other store also on University Pkwy, where I was last. On realization that I wasn’t where I needed to be, the managers immediately offered to replace the order where we were. That is remarkable customer service, which I will certainly reward every chance I get.... ;-)“

“Very cozy and calm place that gives peaceful Christmas vibes. One thing I truly value is how friendly and polite the staff are. Sometimes the food delivery pick-ups disturb the atmosphere a bit, but that’s understandable — people are trying to survive in a world where AI and machines are taking over. Overall, I recommend stopping by.“

“Come here quite often and it seems like the crew has changed quite a bit in these past months; it's a Panera bread nothing special but they have definitely changed things up in this specific location quite a bit where things are much better now.“

“Ordered a small Greek salad and tomato soup from the app. Great value, and for 8 bucks it comes with a nice piece of bread, good quality plasticware, and was ready for pickup within minutes. And the app works well, no muss/fuss.I don't normally rate chain restaurants, but Panera deserves honorable mention here. Tasty, fast, healthy, convenient and right-priced just checks all my quicky-food boxes.Well done team!“
