I was surprised that a fountain drink (bubbler) in December was $3.19 and is now $4.19, and you still can't get a wedge of lemon for your iced tea. I was told by the manager on duty that it was a Corporate decision during the Pandemic and they never brought them back. I will never go back to Panera. Too over-priced on everything.
This is my favorite Panera and it’s because of the staff here. They are attentive, friendly and always ready to help. I get the restaurant feel at a cafe and without the restaurant prices. And the food is yummy too!
Great efficient service here. I ordered a you pick two with apple something salad and the upgraded tomato soup. Love the new it seems as if it has more of a tomato base than a green base. My friend ordered a smaller version of the You pick two which is a cool option. She ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a delicious tomato soup each of the items with two selections comes with a side automatically, a delicious baguette, but I’m always careful to ask for the Apple.
