First Watch is known for its great food and service. Some customers miss the music, but the Million $ Bacon is still a favorite. The beautiful patio offers a lovely ambiance, and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Parma scrambled eggs are delicious. Despite a slight wait for food, the breakfast at this South Sarasota location is highly recommended. The Trifecta meal with carrot cake pancakes and chicken sausages is a must-try, with good potatoes and excellent service. Best breakfast spot in the Bee Ridge area, perfect for a tasty morning meal.
