Came in at 4pm for a bagel, they only had few left on display but a full rack next to the counter. So,I ask since the one I want was not available on display can I order from a rack. The cashier said no, those are for tomorrow and they need to be fully stocked for breakfast. Keep in mind this location is open until 9pm. I ask if its possible to ask a manager to buy one from the rack, well not something that they do.So It seems this location went down hill, the freshest bagels are reheated bagels that were de-frozen day before.It’s not a first time I had problems with this Panera bread in past 2 years. It used to be my favorite place for many years.

The service here often leaves a lot to be desired. On line orders are frequently incomplete. Today's offering, a spinach and bacon souffle, set a new low in quality. Half the size as usual, with a paper thin layer of egg, and a slab of goo masquerading as pastry was absolutely disgusting.

They need to stop allowing all of these home office set ups taking up every table and booth. There’s guys that sit in there all day on their computer. They aren’t paying customers just taking advantage of the free WiFi and seating. This is extremely disrespectful they have not fixed this by now or taken notice. It’s a restaurant not a library. It’s specifically this location no other one I’ve been to in Sarasota. Please fix this issue and value paying customers.
