My family and I really enjoyed our meal today at Eggs Up. The staff was super friendly, the restaurant was clean and very open & bright. I had the Carne Asada with eggs burritos (yes, a burrito lol) and it was really tasty. My better half had the Banana Fosters French toast and I only got one bite. Which tells you how good it was, no wait I got 2 bites. ?. I never got to eat here. My Sunday morning 25-30 minute wait was going to turn into a 50-60 minute so we left. When I inquired after 35 minutes and saw more than half the tables available, I was informed that they could seat my party of 2, but the kitchen had been slammed with 30 dine dash orders and my wait would continue. Not interested in the vibe of a mostly vacant diner while mobile orders are prioritized over the guest experience. Disappointing.

I was served as a member of a large breakfast party. Eggs up had our area cleaned and completely prepared for our arrival. The staff was friendly& knowledgeable about menu options and alternatives. The owners were onsite amd came out to greet the party. A1 services, atmosphere and food. We plan to patronize regularly.
