easily my favorite McDonald's! everyone who works here is super friendly even when it's slammed. the lady they always cleaning and walking around to help guests is the best part. I've never caught her name, but she's amazing and talks to everyone in her lobby.
It's been awhile since I've stepped foot into a McDonald's (years in fact) but the digital kiosks where you order food are a decent touch but horrible replacement for face to face interactions with a person. The place just seems so cold and corporate. Personally I'd rather get a decent burger from a local spot with good customer service and interaction than a place that gives you no greeting and just sees you as number 1004.
This location generally gets it right 100% of the time. I always do curbside pickup at this location and the employees who bring the food out are always friendly, prompt and polite.

McDonald's is a familiar and comfortable dining spot, offering a typical fast-food experience. The restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and a pleasant seating area. While the service can be slow at times, the food is consistently hot, juicy, and delicious, with popular items like burgers and fries meeting expectations. However, there have been some recent complaints about forgotten items in orders, such as McDoubles and chicken nuggets, which can be frustrating for customers. Some meals, like the bro strips and fish sandwich, have also received criticism for being poorly prepared. Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the efforts of the staff, with some highlighting exceptional service from the manager, Caleb, who is praised for running a fantastic crew. Overall, McDonald's provides a quick and satisfying meal, making it a popular choice for many. Improvements in order accuracy and service speed would enhance the overall dining experience.
