This Mcdonald's consistently has bad service. The thing that bothers me the most is the rudeness and the nonchalant attitude like they simply don't care. I worked at McDonald's as a teenager about 35 years ago. If you weren't polite to the customer, you couldn't work there. Put a smile on your face and pretend like you are serving your grandparents. How hard is it to be polite and use words like welcome, please, thank you, and have a nice day. I promise you, at this establishment, nobody has any standards. I'm simply saying, I am sick and tired of your subpar service and won't be returning.

I have tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt to many times. The bread is either hard or the top of the bun flakes off. The service is horrible. I've had to go back to get food that was missing. My bad for not checking the bag. I have opted to go to the other McDonald's on Bloomingdale where the food is a lot better.

However, as I approached the counter to place my order, I noticed that there were only a few customers ahead of me, and yet the line seemed to move at a glacial pace.Despite the lack of crowds, the wait time for my order was surprisingly long. It took significantly longer than usual for my food to be prepared and served, which was a bit frustrating considering the relatively quiet atmosphere of the restaurant.On the positive side, once my order finally arrived, the food was up to the usual McDonald’s standards. The burgers were hot and juicy, the fries were crispy and delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. The familiar flavors provided a sense of comfort and satisfaction, reminding me why McDonald’s is a popular choice for a quick and satisfying meal.In terms of cleanliness and ambiance, the restaurant maintained the expected level of cleanliness, with tables regularly wiped down and floors kept tidy. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.I placed an order online and they still managed to completely screw up the entire order.No ketchup, no onion apparently means SMOTHERED in ketchup, and every damn onion they could fit under the bun - AND NOTHING ELSE.Couldn't even get the drink right. Got Dr pepper instead of coke and the cashier tried arguing with me over it even though I showed her in the app and on the receipt.What in the name of drugs is going on there!? Is this some stupid social experiment?

24 hours McDonald's on a Saturday night. Two lanes open. We sat at the outside lane for 15 mins while they were only servicing the inside line. I decided to just move forward and when I made it to the window I asked what happened. The manager yelled at me she said is the online one working. Who would want to work with that nut case.
