I order from this place quite often because it’s close and the food is good. A couple days in a row there were some slight issues with my orders but the manager, Allison was extremely helpful and made it right without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend this place.
Juju and K had very good service. The conversation was nice and they both took good care of me. Their customer service was A1.
Love Bubbakoos! Was so excited to find one. Ordered a burrito bowl with hibachi steak. The girl told me it had to be cooked on the grill. Apparently, she didn't see the need to do that and continued to just stand there looking at me. I eventually went ahead and got chicken instead as she just continued to stand there waiting for a second choice. Super disappointed as I really wanted steak. Still don't understand what the problem was to not make the steak. Poor customer service....read full review
