“I love Fitlife! I used to shop here a few years ago and quit due to cost. Now, I find that getting our weekly meals here costs less than the dang grocery store! Today I met two delightful employees, Yan and Miriam. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Fitlife Foods Brandon has always had the nicest employees. I'm glad to have returned to Fitlife and look forward to many more years of healthy meals.Side note: I hope that the employees are paid well and treated fairly, also! They deserve it!❤️“
“Really good shakes. This is a cafe type alternative which is great for the area. I drove past it a few times and wanted to try. The shop is clean and well kept. The smoothie bar is very clean. They use high quality ingredients. The shakes are great!! Low calorie, low sugar and they taste delicious. They recommended the banana foster and it is so good. They have wifi, a few tables and bar seating to do work, homework or just hang out. It had good vibes. Highly recommend. They have doughnuts and waffles, def want to try those next time.“
“I heard of Essence by word of mouth so i gave it a try a few months ago. Since then I have been coming here almost everyday to get a tea before the gym, keeps me hydrated and energized well through the workout. Aaron knows his products very well and is great at customer service. Definitely recommend this shop for nutrition needs.“

“-Ordered on Uber Eats-Bought a Regular Bolay and Strawberry Orange Juice, and while the price is a bit higher on Uber Eats, I think the quality of the food is very good!The Jasmine Rice was still soft, the steak was a nice portion on top in big chunks and not at all rare but rather well cooked, the mushrooms were very big, and the broccoli was slightly burnt on some and was kind of mixed on sizes.The best part of the bowl though, was the garlic sauce.The Strawberry Orange Juice was also very good, a recommendation if someone had never tried the combination together before.“
