“I have been with #NSTrsnsformation since January. I absolutely love their food and personal fitness recommendations. I first thought…this food probably isn’t going to taste very good because I’ve tried others and they weren’t too good. Not to mention being over charged at times or getting meals when I didn’t order them. Nutrition Solutions takes our busy lives into account and give us 3 whole days to alter, or suspend our order with the click of a button. No Problem! Every week get a updated menu and customer service is like having your own personal cheer leader, who only want to encourage you and see you succeed. If you haven’t given NS a shot or skeptical about it, so was I. I’m glad I stepped out on Faith. 4 weeks in with no regrets. Blessings to you You are worth the change Niecy“

“I had a great experience at Fit Avenue! I tried their protein smoothie and a wrap, and both were fresh, delicious, and filling. The smoothie tasted amazing and had a good amount of protein, while the wrap was well-made and satisfying. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean with a nice atmosphere. “I don't usually write reviews this early, but I just had to share how impressed I am with FitEx Meals. I've only ordered twice so far, and I'm already hooked. The flavor alone deserves its own shoutout...seriously, SO good (and yes, I'll say it again... the flavor!!). On top of that, the macros are spot on, which makes staying on track effortless. Delivery has been smooth and reliable, and the variety is a huge win. I was previously using another local meal prep service that just didn't cut it. There were limited options and the taste was only okay. FitEx has been a complete upgrade in every way. I have already recommended it to 3 other people. I'm genuinely excited to keep ordering, and FitEx Meals is definitely becoming a staple in our fridge!“

“Rollin' Oats is locally owned (always a plus!) and has a cozy, intimate feel. We stopped by on a Thursday morning to try the smoothies and ordered the Blue Spirulina Swirl and Strawberry Dream trom the Boujee menu.

At $8.99 each, the smoothies are made with clean, vegan ingredients, no added sugars, and 100% organic fruit. They're highly filling, delicious, and make a great post-workout drink. The staff making the smoothies had great energy and were very friendly.

For the quality of ingredients and how satisfying they are, I'd say they're worth the price.“

There is no concern with being hungry after your meal, I’ve left here feeling stuffed! They will accommodate your food additions or deletions with no issues too. The mocktail menu is diverse too. I loved my bowl! It had the perfect amount of spice and flavor! The addition of the charred cauliflower was a recommendation from my server and boy, was she right on the money! Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!“

“Our first lunch at Kale Me Crazy in Midtown Tampa was a wonderful experience! If you’re looking for healthy food that doesn’t compromise on flavor, this is definitely the place to visit.

My husband enjoyed the Pesto Portobello Flatbread, and I had the Salmon Wrap—both were absolutely delicious. We also tried the Mushroom Coffee Iced Latte, which was surprisingly refreshing and tasty!

We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and flavorful meals. It’s definitely going to be one of our favorite go-to healthy restaurants whenever we’re in Tampa.

Even though we live in Parrish, we can’t wait to make another trip to Tampa just to eat here again. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant is conveniently located in Midtown Tampa, surrounded by plenty of great shops to explore.

“My first time discovering lamb at this place and I don’t know what that white sauce is but it is absolutely delicious. I kept getting a lamb Gyro till I got a lamb over rice and I upgraded my game. Can’t wait to try the rest. The white sauce still slaps so hard I need extra every time.“

Paying additional toppings and not receiving them is unacceptable, plus with a tip for service that part needs to meet the expectation to the customer. Overall, Sweet Soul has good items to choose from based on their menu.“

“I love sweetgreen and especially the shroomami bowl, but there need to be water cups here. They have been out for a while and the person that does the ordering should be more in touch with the store's supply. If you don't plan to have the cups then communicate that with the staff so diners know to bring their own. It makes a meal unpleasant when it's 90 degrees. Take note please.“
