I work downtown and was desperately trying to find somewhere I could buy a piece of fruit. I found this place and they charged me $2 for a banana. Trader Joe's just made the news because they raised their bananas from $0.19 apiece $0.23 apiece and you have the nerve to charge $2?? however nice the girl at the register was, I will never ever go back.
I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!
Walked in at 8:45pm to get a quick wrap to split with my husband back in our hotel room after just flying in from NM the African American man working behind the counter huffed and thru his hands up in the air when we walked in as to say OMG are you kidding me we’re closing soon! We’ll then lock the doors!!! I immediately took my husbands hand n left!!! When down the street to Tampa Pizza Company there were more then welcoming and happy to serve us!!! Based on the reviews, SoFresh Tampa - Downtown is a great experience with fast service and friendly employees. The food is very delicious for being so healthy, with lots of good options and flavors. Customers enjoyed the build-your-own bowls, with one person noting the clear winner was the staff’s suggestion. The portion of steak and veggies in the bowl was good, and the food was delivered quickly to a hotel room on the 17th floor. It is a good option for lunch during jury duty, about an 8 minute walk from the courthouse. Some found the protein portion size a bit small for the price of $20+ total. The staff, including Machado, Matt, and Tyler, provide phenomenal customer service. They really care about the establishment, greet every guest with a hello and smile, and ensure everything is perfect. It is probably the best SoFresh location in the city, with the best chefs out of all the Tampa locations.
