“I've loved this place since they opened, but moved to St. Pete and don't get to stop by as often as I like anymore. I came over for an errand and showed up minutes before they opened without realizing it. They were nice enough to not only let me order, but also made me the best breakfast burrito I have ever had! And that is not a light statement.The steak was tender and flavorful, the beans were perfect, and every part was mouthwatering. I can't wait to make another trip to stop in soon. “I heard about their smoothies through a trainer at the gym next door. The first smoothie I tried was the Blue Hawaiian and it’s amazing!! Probably the most tastiest smoothie I’ve ever had! On another visit, I tried the Green Machine and Caribbean Cooler, which were also very good!! I plan on coming back to try more.“
“The steak quesadillas with ranch dipping sauce are legit. I’ve also had the zucchini noodle warm broth bowls a couple times and substituted the corn, onion, carrot for baby kale, broccoli and chick peas for no extra charge and added blackened chicken breast…it’s pretty legit if you’re looking for something that’s not trash for your body. My only small issue with the broth bowls are the awkward to eat with rectangle-like spoons. But yea, definitely recommend the place and the wraps are also pretty fire. I’d rather sit at the outdoor tables than the inside at the location in Westchase. It’s not dirty inside but it’s relatively small, I prefer more space.“
“All around great tasting food and experience! It feels like a very cozy, friendly, community-oriented restaurant. Very welcoming as soon as you enter and the food was delicious! Their soups are great and unique. I had the Buccaneer sandwich which was also super tasty and felt healthy.“
“I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!“
“Always great service and good food! They will customize food to your taste, just ask. They have a new special each week for something new to try, along with mixing up the extra soup(s) and side salad(s) available, so you don't get burnt out. Been enjoy breakfast and lunch here 3-5 times a week for over a year now.“

“Perfect dive place to grab a bite to eat after a night out in downtown Tampa. The staff was super sweet and attentive. Loved that they were open late and had a nice variety of options on the menu. We got the Caesar salad, a couple pizzas and the cheese bread as an app. The interior was clean and the service was great. They had a nice outdoor patio area to sit as well. Overall would definitely come back.“
