“Awesomely great food. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Our waitress was amazing & explained the different foods to us, being 1st time customers. Restaurant was very clean & cheery. Food presentation was exceptional and taste was delightful. Probably the best restaurant we visited on our trip. The effort they put into each dish & drink was incredible as well as their helpfulness. Price was better than most other restaurants. Very happy we chose this wholesome goodness to eat. I'd highly recommend to any visitors to give it a try. You'll definitely leave happier than you came.“

“First time in here. Absolutely love the place takes me back. So few of these wonderful stores remain. I feel sorry for new generations that will never know about them. Never walk into a store and be assaulted by the aromas of dried herbs and essential oils or the comfy homie. Family operated and homie. A place where the people really care and know what they're selling.I will have to come out again and visit the little restaurant area just to take me back in time. The place is full of nostalgia for me. I got some nice catnip for my cats and deodorant for me today.They're being replaced by sprouts and the Amazon owned whole foods chain and big conglomerates like that which don't even sell the products at the low prices of these places nor do they have the charm nor do they have all the products and the bulk foods that I used to appreciate so much in times past. They're just giant supermarkets and have their own use don't get me wrong. To see the old time"Health food store" disappearing so let's support this one. Those of us who can.“
“The steak quesadillas with ranch dipping sauce are legit. I’ve also had the zucchini noodle warm broth bowls a couple times and substituted the corn, onion, carrot for baby kale, broccoli and chick peas for no extra charge and added blackened chicken breast…it’s pretty legit if you’re looking for something that’s not trash for your body. My only small issue with the broth bowls are the awkward to eat with rectangle-like spoons. But yea, definitely recommend the place and the wraps are also pretty fire. I’d rather sit at the outdoor tables than the inside at the location in Westchase. It’s not dirty inside but it’s relatively small, I prefer more space.“
“Always fresh. Always good. Always made to order. This is amazing food and if it were closer to me I would eat there 5 times a week. Young man that manages at night is a true gentleman and wonderful manager. He’s helpful, kind and considerate. The steak here is worth the upcharge. The tzatziki sauce is amazing! Sweet potatoes are delish. The warm noodles are what makes the bowl so good! Brussel sprouts are cooked perfectly. Delish! ♥️My only request would be that they get the chopsticks back!“
“ADDENDUM REVIEW 2-20-24Ate here today. The food is far less spicey than my last review indicated. The selections of salads and soups and grab-and-go items looked plentiful and appetizing. I had the salmon cake which was a healthy portion, nicely cooked, and a generously proportioned salad. I'll be back for lunch often. Or maybe dinner.-------------8/3/19: I was coming here almost daily, primarily for the SOUPS. These days I've found them to be be TOO RICH with an abundance of heavy cream, which can be a problem for those that are diet conscious. Especially seniors. In addition, the soups were heavily seasoned which I mentioned to the manager saying -- let your customers season to taste. So far it seems like that's changed for the better.“
