“The wings were crisp and flavorful, I had the buffalo hot style. The service was great. She was attentive but not hovering and I never waited long for anything. The manager would stop by to ask how everything is and to talk football. It was the college championship game. All in all a great sports bar and dog friendly too. (Outdoor seating for dog parties).“

“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). No matter - this was not our first time at Cali’s and definitely not the last. We look forward to our next visit and selections. Thank you … Zoey (and staff) for another great “Cali experience!”“

“I’ve been going to the Brunchery since I was a kid and now I take my own kids there if that tells you how good this place is. The potatoes are amazing but so is almost everything else on the menu. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. It’s my kids’ favorite place to eat so I take them every chance I get!“

Everything I’ve had at the restaurant has been great, and the servers and bartenders are pleasant and knowledgeable about the beer and food. Highly recommend if you are in the area!“

“In Tampa for a wedding. Staying at the Hard Rock. Visited the Sugar Factory with my Cousin to get some drinks. We were greeted and served by both Taylor and Hannah “Banana”. Their personality and smiles were infectious. They were both very personable and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Hannah made a killer Mud Slide Martini. Was definitely a positive experience. I definitely think both Taylor and Hannah should be praised. You can tell they enjoy their job and interacting with the guests and visitors. Thank you Taylor and Hannah!“

“This place looks like a little dive when you drive by, it is. Like the good kind. The menu is simple but is made to order by two ladies who you would want as a grandmother and a sister.. There are also some premade foods which looked pretty good. The food is real “homemade”. It appears to be geared toward working folk (me) and I loved it.“

“This is a really neat place! There is space to hang out, relax, and spend time with family or a date. There are various spaces to spend your time, inside at a table, inside playing pool, an inside bar, outside tables and outdoor game areas with chairs. It's family friendly, and is nice for larger groups or just a small family dinner like ours. It is also handicap accessible which was huge for us since our mom was with us in a wheelchair. We were able to take her to the bathroom and move around in it with her easily. It was just a really neat space and experience. The beer is great; the food is okay (I think I just picked the wrong plate). I will definitely be back! Great energy. Jake is spectacular.....Jacob as well :)“

“I was so impressed by Todd, your front desk associate. He was always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. Please let Todd know that it didn't go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated.“

“I been coming there almost a year the food is fantastic and the prices and portions are better! What makes the whole experience wonderful is the DAY SHIFT!! Those girls will season your food for satisfaction and taste. If you pre-order you will never wait depending on the time you go there is never a line. And they even give curb side service.“

“The room I am in does have a good hot shower, decent bed, Comedy Central works on the TV. It is busy here and do recommend getting here before night fall being parking is tight.“
