“Our family visited the Brandon Aussie Grill today & it was fantastic! We had a large party of approx 25 & decided to get lunch after our Grandmother’s service at the near by cemetery. The staff was excellent, service was quick & food was delicious. Staff member Toni went above & beyond to take care of our family. They even gave our family a bag of cookies/brownies as a gift for our loss. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!“
“We celebrated our Aunts 102nd birthday tonight.I can’t say enough about our server Kira! There was a bit of a hiccup with our reservations for 15 people and she stayed past her shift to take care of us. She did not miss a beat, and we had the best service we have experienced in some time.The food was great with so many options. We will definitely be back!!!“

I wish I could eat full menu with a lot of good dishes.I chose ribeyes medium rare and my husband got fillet mignon - the best part of the beef, and the caesar salad for both of us.Humm... I also love the whole grain bread with butter as well, everything were perfect and end with tiramisu cake. I dont like sweetness so the cake was satisfied my sugar level.“
“Seated immediately, drinks came to our table fast and beer was ICE COLD! We had our toddler and they provided a high chair with crayons & coloring book. Also had a changing table which was a SUPER plus for me. Our pretzel bites came out hot and fresh with beer cheese that was out of this world. Wings were amazing (try the Dukes dry rub) and best price in town! Burger was delicious, massive and cooked EXACTLY how I like it with fresh fries and mashed potatoes that my son devoured! Our waitress Sophia was VERY attentive and super friendly, could not have asked for a better server for our first time, if possible we will sit in her section every time ? We have decided to make this our new spot and it's only an extra plus it's only 5 minutes down the road from us.“

“We had a great experience at Yuengling tonight! The steak sandwich was delicious and a great portion size! We ordered the “try it all” beer flight which had 10 samples, over 60 oz and something for everybody. The chocolate cake was to die for. A chocolate lovers dream. The atmosphere and ambience were great. Brandon was our server. He was incredibly friendly and did an outstanding job! Overall, one of the best dining experiences we've had in the Tampa Bay Area. “After our flight in Atlanta was delayed and then cancelled, we were finally placed on the last flight out at 12:20am. I quickly made arrangements for a hotel in Brandon since we would be attending my Grandmother’s funeral there the next day. I first booked a holiday inn through my IHG app as a late check-in option since I was booking it after midnight. Since it was being booked so late, I wasn’t able to put in suggestions at the time of booking such as arrival time. I tried to call the hotel over and over before my flight took off and never could get anyone to pick up. Once we landed at 2am in Tampa, I tried again repeatedly to reach the hotel to talk to someone about our arrival time. However, since I booked the late check-in option at 12:30am, I assumed it would be okay. Once we arrived at 3am after picking up our rental car and driving 20 minutes, I quickly realized why nobody would pick up all night. The receptionist was on a personal call and seemed bothered by our arrival. He had a difficult time finding my reservation, and finally accepted my suggestion to use my confirmation number. Once he located my reservation, he told me it was cancelled because of my late arrival. I explained that I booked a late check-in merely 3 hours prior and tried to explain our situation. He then told me that he could reinstate my reservation, which seemed like an easy fix. I asked if we would be able to extend check-out so we could try to get more sleep before my grandmother’s funeral, and he quickly told me no, that he couldn’t do that. He then told me because he already did an audit for the night, that he would have to charge us for two nights, nearly $700, to stay for only 6 hours. He had absolutely no empathy that this was 3am and me, my husband, and our son had been traveling all day to try to get to this funeral. He took a bad day, and made it so much worse. I asked him to cancel the reservation and that we will just sleep in our rental car if we have to. Thankfully, I called courtyard Marriott 7 miles down the road and they were more than willing to accommodate us, including a military discount, which ended up being about half of the price as Holiday Inn, a late check-out, and offered their condolences. The gentleman working at the front desk showed empathy and prevented my family from sleeping in a car at 3am hours before a funeral. Everyone was pleasant and a breath of fresh air compared to what we encountered down the road at holiday inn express. Empathy goes a long way and because of this desk clerk, we are Marriott customers for life. Marriot for the win!“

He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. “-Ordered on Uber Eats-Bought a Regular Bolay and Strawberry Orange Juice, and while the price is a bit higher on Uber Eats, I think the quality of the food is very good!The Jasmine Rice was still soft, the steak was a nice portion on top in big chunks and not at all rare but rather well cooked, the mushrooms were very big, and the broccoli was slightly burnt on some and was kind of mixed on sizes.The best part of the bowl though, was the garlic sauce.The Strawberry Orange Juice was also very good, a recommendation if someone had never tried the combination together before.“
