Feeling very disappointed I called the resturant and spoke to the manager Michelle who was very apologetic. After explaining I had just come home from a very long workday, I was not.leaving again to pick up the correct order. Michelle not only prepared a fresh order but delivered it to me on her way home from finishing her shift at the resturant. I have to say, I am taken back from not only Michelle's empathy but her eagerness to help correct the oversight. They had live music and really nice dart boards 🎯 the place wasn't that big but it was the perfect size & very welcoming 😎 the main reason I wanted to leave a review was because of their food. I had their special which was a Prime rib 😮 with french fries on garlic toast, it was delicious, there fries are amazing. Everything that my friends had they also loved.. All of the staff were amazing very friendly. Even the cook came out and asked how we enjoyed our food. The prices are unbeatable. I had dinner and a drink for 20 bucks prior to going to the blind shark. We had gone to another bar and it cost me 30 bucks to have two drinks.🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣😎..“

“My Memphis born husband stopped smoking pork and beef when we discovered Eli's. Whenever family visits, getting Eli's BBQ is a MUST. WE have enjoyed their pork, beef, beans,, coleslaw and sauce for many gatherings. Most recently we hosted a very large party. All the food was so good, people wanted to know where we got it! Ronni and the staff are good, caring people. The value ion the food, the service and the warmth of the owners and staff make it a "gotta come back again often" place. At this time there is road work being done in front, that makes it a bit difficult to get to, but it is worth the effort. It's right on the Dunedin Trail, so you can go by bike, or walk a bit further than you are used to on Douglas..“

Now that the original and best Chef Roger is back after an absence for a few years, it is even more fantastic and every single dish is full of quality and flavor! It was not the same when he was away. I recommend you go and enjoy Roger's amazing menu. The servers are all too notch, especially Woody, Jason, and Brittany! “Hats off to the friendly staff! We were Florida July Sunshine hot after 1.5 hours at Tampa Bay Downs Golf Range and were looking forward to a cool TBBC brew and some ice water. Ginger was our server, awesome, she was perfect. We will be requesting her tables any time we return. She was kindly patient with us as we got our act together, ordered the ESPE Blonde and my better half greatly enjoyed the “The Last Days of Summer” sour. The food was surprisingly fantastic! They also have wood fire pizzas, which we will returning to try. Highly recommend!“

“We really liked the tradition of the Palm Pavillion. We enjoyed our visits there. We decided to try things out now that they have changed to Crabby’s. The atmosphere was still great, the gift shop still had the cute apparel items, the staff was friendly and attentive. The thing that will make us come back frequently though was the food and menu selection. The menu isn’t huge but has a lot of different options. The food was so good. Everything was fresh & hot. Our group had pasta, shrimp, fish and beach nachos, and cocktails & everyone loved their food. I loved the Palm Pavillion and it made me sad to see a change but this is a great place. Looking forward to going back.“

The drive-thru is called sliding through. we tried to slide through today but the line went all the way back to the back of their parking lot and a lot inside was jammed as was inside the store so it's quite a hit“
