Great live music. Steak, seafood, fresh veggies, enjoyed by all! David was kind and accomodating. . Rebecca was gracious throughout the meal. All we encountered were professional and genuine. “These Parts are Choice We had brunch at Parts of Paris a few years ago. It was a very mixed experience and we hadn’t been back until now. I’m so glad that we tried them again. Roman, our server, was great and helped us with excellent recommendations. We started with a couple of cocktails. The “Gaston” was so good that I had to get the recipe from the bartender. From there we shared the Shrimp Toast appetizer. I’ve never had anything quite like it and it was terrific. Next we shared the Chever Chaud salad which was very large and very good. For entrees we had the Salmon which was a nicely composed plate with veg, starch and salmon in a delicious sauce. We also had the Poulet Fricase, which was rich and buttery and excellent. I would have loved to try a dessert, but we just didn’t have room. Another time. And it won’t be as long a wait as last time.“
