We had brunch at Parts of Paris a few years ago. It was a very mixed experience and we hadn’t been back until now. I’m so glad that we tried them again.
Roman, our server, was great and helped us with excellent recommendations. We started with a couple of cocktails. The “Gaston” was so good that I had to get the recipe from the bartender. From there we shared the Shrimp Toast appetizer. I’ve never had anything quite like it...read full review

Parts of Paris Bistro & Bar is an excellent choice for a special occasion or a fancy night out, known for its top-tier food, attentive service, and lovely atmosphere. Standout dishes include the espresso martini, foie gras, canard confit, and delightful surprise desserts like the crepe Suzette. The crab brûlée appetizer and some of the best mussels are also highlights. As it shifts toward a cocktail lounge concept, the tables are better suited for drinks than full meals, but the salmon with carrots and green beans, as well as the burger, remain very good. Although on the pricier side, the unique experience makes it worthwhile. The service is great, and the atmosphere is nice, though it can be a bit noisy inside.
