Thank you to Chuck, Ruben, Wallace, Roland, Parlene, Edith and the entire team for your amazing hospitality. We felt very welcomed as the USVI national soccer team. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Breakfast was great, I really liked the fresh fruit.
Chuck is really really great and super nice. I had such a wonderful time here and everyone was so nice. Breakfast is really good and the lobby is so pretty. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

I was so impressed by Todd, your front desk associate. He was always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent.
