“Came for lunch on a Friday afternoon for my hubby's birthday (Kountry) and we sat at the bar. Gio was on point the whole time. Very friendly and engaging with everyone. It was nice to come somewhere that the staff knew most people by their names. Loved the decor! I drive past this place daily and am glad we came in. Will be back! The only reason food got 4 stars was because I ordered a 1/4lb burger and it only filled half the bun. Otherwise everything was great! Thank you Gio!“
“Nice bar With a cool vibe. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings. Bring a jacket on a cold day because there was not anything heating the outside area when we went. The music was a bit loud, which caused people to have to speak loudly to be heard over it, which, in turn, made the bar a bit loud for my liking. I really enjoyed the pineapple cider that they had here. It has been one of my favorites.“
“LOVE this bar and grill! fun atmosphere, staff are amazing. there are a good 8-10 TVs to watch sports, live music. the outdoor game area is fun with bocce ball, corn hole, Jenga. great local beers and beers from all over USA, foreign beers, and domestic. the beer selection had to have had way over 60 different beers to choose from! great food + dog friendly! love it was built around a 1971 airstream! come and enjoy real beer adventure and party out back!“
“Busier than usual with the top floor getting renovated. Great ambiance, good service and good food. Burger done right, fish tacos were good and liked the rice and beans side with them. With the construction of big condo units we now miss the direct sunset but great views and ambiance non the less.“
“Went for the first time for trivia night (on Tuesdays) and it was such a blast! My husband and I sat at the bar and TJ was so friendly and attentive. We had the spicy buffalo wings (fried) and boy were they surprisingly spicy but delicious! The Trivia host was great and the questions were challenging. Can’t wait to return.“
“Our waiter overheard me telling my kids that there was no ice cream at this restaurant, went to the near by Publix and bought my kids each an ice cream bar! It was the sweetest end to our night! We all enjoyed our meals and drinks!Kid-friendliness: A really nice neighborhood spot!“
“We have eaten at Stonewood several times and have never been disappointed. The food is outstanding and so is the service. They have a full beverage menu and allow guests to bring in special bottles for a modest cork fee. The vibe is positive with a lot of energy. We are returning this weekend with out of town guests, and I highly recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable night out.“
“Came in to do some work while waiting for a friend to land at TPA. Tatum was so sweet when I called prior and let her know I was wanting to do some work and get some drinks while doing so. Told me it’s the vibe and totally fine. I got here and found a seat at the bar and although it was busy was given service promptly. Tatum was very sweet in every guest interaction I witnessed (I’m an f&b manager). I would hire her in an instant. Food was great, drinks weren’t overly strong to the point of not enjoying it. And the crown had regulars which is always a good sign. Wish I lived closer to visit. Anytime I need to come to Tampa this will be my spot.“
“I enjoyed my meal and the service that was provided. As soon as I sat down, I was serviced and it didn’t take long for my food to come out. I had the house salad, volcano burger and a cup of gumbo. Everything was well seasoned and tasted great. The cup of gumbo was extremely spicy I must say. It kind of overpowered the actual taste of the soup. If you are into spicy things that would be good for you. All in all I had a great experience.“
“Was here last night for the first time, and I never would have known it was here, not far from where I live, if it wasn't for a Keith Gross for Florida US Senator/Trump-Haley South Carolina primary event last night. We were in a room closed off from the main bar, and additionally, there is outside patio seating, a nice bar! There was free food and free drinks, thanks to Keith Gross Campaign funds, but at the very least, was happy to find a new to me nice local bar/restaurant.“
“I’ve been going here for 16 years and have never wrote a review! This place is amazing and always has been! About 8 years ago I actually hung out at the bar with Derrick Brooks and have seen several notable people show up here! The food is so good and the best Chile Relleno! Best burritos! Everything is top notch!“
“Loved our Bar Tender Lauren made mine and my groups night! Extremely attentive and friendly! Lauren had our drinks to perfection and was very knowledgeable of the food on the menu paid close attention and made sure my order was Gluten Free and that there was NO cross contamination, regardless of the rest of the group and what they ordered which is very rare in my experiences when going out to eat!!!!!! We all loved every dish we ordered! The recommended Tequila from her was on point! My friends and I will definitely be back and requesting her thanks to her kindness, understanding and the amazing customer service she provided us!!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely earned the bonus we added to her tips from our tabs! If you want a beautiful bartender, great service, properly made food and drinks you most definitely should see Lauren at Green Iguana!!!!! P.S. we were all jealous of her pretty blonde hair and gorgeous greens eyes!Vegetarian options: The salads were great our bartender Lauren made sure my friends Nachos had no meat!Dietary restrictions: Our Bartender Lauren was very admit about no cross contamination for my gluten free meal as well as my two vegetarian friends meal. They were delicious!!!!Parking: Had no trouble“
“Came here for the first time the other night and it was the perfect vibe! Bar tenders were quick to get our order and the people were kind and friendly. Did not try the food but planning to do so next time because I'll definitely be back!“
“We ordered a bunch of different items to try them all, and everything was great. Two ladies took care of the bar and all the tables very well. The place stayed pretty full while we were there, and no one waited for anything. The service was great, and the cook staff was on it.“
“A legit dive bar with character, personalities, and the stuff that great bars are made of. They are open till 0300 and since I arrived at the hotel a couple blocks away, late on a Tuesday night- I found this place. The wings are very good. Well worth the price . They have multiple seasonings . The cheesesteak is good for a Tampa bar, and the burger is ok as Well. So- get the wings! There’s a lot to do- digital bowling, darts and meeting people. I had the unusual experience of meeting two well seasoned women that were great to talk to- but were hungry and ate my wings.Definitely visit this awesome spot.“
“A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.“
“Friendly server/bartender. Food is decent, but thanks to inflation it's way more expensive than it should be. Even more so at this place because the prices were higher than other sports bars I've recently visited. For example: $13.99 for a fish sandwich with crinkle cut fries, and the fish wasn't really big enough for the bun it was on. Next time I'll try a burger instead, and I'll post an update on that experience.Plenty of TV's to watch multiple sports at the same time, and the bartender is happy to put on whichever game or event you're wanting to watch.“
“The pickle is a little old and weird looking, and it kind of tasted that way. Fortunately, the Chicken Sandwich and Fries made up for it. And we can throw in good service and cold beer. Then you've got a poker room. You don't need to play poker, but it's there if you want it. For poker videos from this location, see Tyler Nals on YouTube. Recommended.“
“We had a party of 6 and our waitress was Tineecia. She was GREAT! Super genuine, funny, and attentive! The food was amazing as always. This is one of our favorite places to go and always a go to when family visits or we have a special occasion.“
“My wife and I are now making our second trip to Tampa and Rick's is a must for us. The oysters were fresh as always but the fish is one of my favorites. It is always very moist, even when fried. The parking is easy and seating is wherever you like.“
“Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available with several dishes that can be modified to be vegetarianDietary restrictions: Let your server know and they'll accommodate youParking: A LOT of spots; this location is pretty out of the way, so it doesn't receive as much traffic as other locationsKid-friendliness: It's a Winghouse...but, that being said, VERY kid friendly“
“Great local spot in Ybor! Food was so good I forgot to take a picture of it ? get their traditional Cuban sandwich which was fantastic! They serve a mojo liquid sauce to dip in and it’s amazing! Owner was super personable and promotes a welcoming atmosphere! Do yourself a favor and get here asap!“
“Their "That's my Jam" burger is amazing and quite affordable! Located right outside of International Mall you're in the midst of a busy scene with many choices but if you want a small pub style place to sit at the bar or with your small party is a great choice!“
“This may not be in any tourist guide, but it should be. The place is iconic and a great place to watch the game, meet up at the end of the day, or just escape from a house full of guests that won't leave. The food is excellent, especially the Garlic Parmesan wings and there are plenty of beers on tap.“
“Thrilled with the buffet breakfast, and my dinner here was exceptional! Many great vegetarian options. It was hard to choose. I settled on the crispy cauliflower as an appetizer. It was light and flavorful, and not drenched in sauce like this dish tends to be. The Oyster Mushroom Enchilau, which had corn and cilantro rice, was an amazing entree. It was a nice portion, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. A little kick but definitely not spicy. My husband had the blackened fish sandwich and rosemary fries. He reported it was excellent. Our compliments to the chef! Kelly was our waitress and she was great. She checked on us a lot and had good recommendations. We were very pleased with everything about this hotel restaurant.“
“This place has been around over 11 years. Rachel is a mixologist. Used to go here almost weekly when the RoundUp was next door on Saturday night but only go there occassionaly now. Limited bar food menu. Would like to see them install a few axe throwing lanes to make the place more interesting; however, if you are into pool then you would like this place. It is a normal neighborhood bar similar to the sitcom Cheers.“
