“My girlfriend and I were in town yesterday and today and after finding this place, we decided to try it on Saturday. Our server was Ashley and she was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of. The food was so delicious that we decided to go again the next day before leaving. Ashley was our server again and she remembered us! She was just wonderful both days. The food was equally as good, I can’t recommend this place enough. “f you are heading back from Caladesi or Honeymoon Island, do yourself a favor and stop at Frenchy's Outpost. We ordered a massive spread including their velvety She Crab Soup, fresh Seafood Ceviche, and the jalapeno popper shrimp. For mains, the coconut shrimp and classic Florida Grouper Sandwich absolutely hit the spot alongside their legendary loaded Garlic Crab Fries. Don't skip dessert either; the 4th of July cake, tangy key lime pie, and rich coconut cheesecake are fantastic. The service was excellent, and the food quality justifies the price point. We will definitely be back!“

what may be the best customer service I have ever received.
Yesterday, I ordered a wrap for delivery (*learned today that they have their own delivery on their site which is way better to use than something like Uber). I unfortunately recieved an abnormally disappointing meal, after frequenting Outpost in the past and always getting great food. So I posted about it here.
Within 24 hours one of the owners Wendy personally reached out, apologized for the abnormal experience, and offered to make it right. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND offering to give them another try at no expense to me. The wrap I just grabbed today was delicious (thank you, Ian).
Would highly recommend Outpost for food, but also their service is truly top notch.“

“Our family had a great experience at Crabby’s Bar & Grill. Sherlyn was our waitress. We’ve been in Key West and Sarasota the past week and wife and I agreed she was the most attentive and friendly waitress we’ve had on our vacation. We had the blackened grouper and the oysters. At this point I started crying because I had no idea how I was going to get home. A few minutes later Jim (bartender/manager on duty) approached me and asked me my address. He said, "I'm getting you an Uber. Nobody has done something this nice for me forever. He found out how long for the ride and offered me a drink while I waited. Thank you sooo much Jim. She went out of her way to make our kids feel special, and her kind, caring attitude truly turned our day around after a disappointing experience at Eskpades. I understand both spots may be under the same management, and that’s fine—my previous review was simply to bring attention to how guests were being treated there.

This review, however, is to highlight the stellar service we received from Sophia at Doks. She completely redeemed our experience at Club Wyndham. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!

The only downside was that the service was a bit slow when it came to taking our order and bringing out the food and drinks. However, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was still enjoyable.

“My friends and I are in town for the week and asked a local for a good place to get a burger. He recommended Daiquiri Shak. We walked into a warm welcome by a server who was leaving for the day, but she took the time to greet us and seat us. Then our very friendly server arrived at our table and welcomed us again and told us the specials. We ordered the shrimp and crab dip-omg-it was so delicious! Then we all ordered burgers. First bite into the burger we knew we hit the jackpot for a delicious, flavorful burger! It was beyond our expectations! Our server was the lovely Kelsey, and she was exceptional! Very attentive and so friendly! We are going back again while we are in town! Way to go Daiquiri Shak for great service and food! And a huge thank you to Kelsey for making us feel welcome!“
