“I went with a group of 15 people where almost all of us spoke Spanish and our waitress spoke English, although we almost drove her crazy, she was the kindest and most patient person! Christina she made our experience wonderful, we went again the next day and another person served us (terrible) and the manager was rude that we almost left, Cristina was our waitress again and the situation improved. Food is delicious! good prices, location is good, The atmosphere is pleasant, but the best thing was the attention of our waitress. I hope they give her a raise!“
“We took a chance on this spot and truly enjoyed every moment of our experience. It was chilly and rainy, and the place was packed with locals. Our servers were pleasant and welcoming, we were really made to feel welcome. My dad loved the place so much we returned to enjoy our last dinner in Clearwater. The energy was great. The drinks were great. The food was impressive. This little bar tucked away in a small shopping center is definitely worth a visit.Parking: It's a smal shopping center, parking was tight, but we quickly found a spot.“
“we are visiting from Indiana and went here with friends. prior to going that night, I messaged them to see if they were dog friendly. to my surprise we got a message back about 1 min. latter. "yes". wow, from the naniger.That never happens. This place is really nice, very spacious and the layout is very good. Doesn't matter where you sit, large TV's everywhere. Inside and outside seating. If this place were on the beach you'd have standing room only. Sort of a locals place, probably little know but its still walking distance fron the beach. The waitress were very attentive but not bothersome, friendly and treat you like family. The food was great. they have a good variety of food but it's not overwhelming like so.e places. I think you'll be happy. If we had this place where I live.... believe me, it would be packed. The manager actually cares about his customers and what you think. Bottom line..... If I lived here, this would be my "go-to" place to brink some beer, eat some food and watch sports. unfortunately the wife and I have to go back to Indiana“
“Ok if you're looking for a place with a mixologist and fancy cocktails you're not gonna get it. If you're looking for cheap drinks and smoke inside yep you'll get that. They've upgraded the menu since I started coming in. They've got an air fryer, toaster oven and a George Forman grill. They can make pizza burgers fries and wings now. The pizza is decent they offer a limited number of toppings but if you forgot to eat before drinking or are hungry while drinking you've got some options. The service is great they actually come say hey no matter how busy they stop by and say hi. If you're not a regular they know and will spend a little extra time with you. They have karaoke on Friday nights and most people are pretty good. If you're in Clearwater and wanna hang with some locals stop in. If you're looking to get out the house and go to a neighborhood dive bar stop on in.“
“Great food. Had the wrap and fries. The pina cola seemed to come from a machine but was good. Service was great. Order was right and was checked on multiple times. Atmosphere was great. We got a great beach view table. Great shade when they open in the late morning and during lunch with the tall building blocking the sun. The sun might be bright in the afternoon so go early. I did not like the automatic 19% surcharge since better to let customers pick their own tip amount.“

“Visiting old memories in Florida wouldn't be complete without a visit to Pete N Shortys. I used to love coming here with my buddies for some sports games, beer and a 6 pack of shorty burgers.Nothings changed really. Although the price of a 6 pack used to be $6.99 and it's now $15 but that's all places. Food was just how I remember it. Above average bar food. Poutine was excellent. Grouper tacos were solid. Margaritas were really good.If you're looking for a good local spot, decent prices, decent food and drinks, Pete N Shortys has your back!“
“My wife and I came here on a very busy night. However, our host, Al, was very kind and helped us out and got us seated super quickly. The food took a minute but was well worth the wait, and there wasn’t much to complain about because the view is spectacular. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back here if we’re in Clearwater again.“
