“Great little local dive bar. Ernest is one of the best bartenders!!! He brings the energy, fun and the great drinks! Go on Saturday nights when he works. You get a fun time and he may even put on a Karaoke show for you. Great singer as well as bartender!“

The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!

The only downside was that the service was a bit slow when it came to taking our order and bringing out the food and drinks. However, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was still enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a great spot on Clearwater Beach, Hurricane Eddie’s is the place, but the real reason to ask for a seat at the bar is Ashley!

Ashley was absolutely on point from start to finish. Great personality, hilarious, attentive without being overbearing, and somehow made the whole place feel like we were hanging out with friends. She kept the drinks coming, made sure everyone was taken care of, and brought an energy that made the entire experience better.

You can have great food and cold drinks anywhere, but great bartenders make you want to come back — and Ashley is exactly that kind of bartender.

“I come here maybe 2 times a month. Yesterday was the first time I ordered a pizza. With pepperoni and jalapeño. It was the best pizza I ever eaten. Better than all the pizza places. Bartenders are beautiful, kind, very friendly. So impressed that my bill was $30 . So since the Bartenders are the best, my tip was more than the cost of my bill. I was very impressed that I did a karaoke. I recommend the sports shack. Guarantee that you will be back“

“My friends and I are in town for the week and asked a local for a good place to get a burger. He recommended Daiquiri Shak. We walked into a warm welcome by a server who was leaving for the day, but she took the time to greet us and seat us. Then our very friendly server arrived at our table and welcomed us again and told us the specials. We ordered the shrimp and crab dip-omg-it was so delicious! Then we all ordered burgers. First bite into the burger we knew we hit the jackpot for a delicious, flavorful burger! It was beyond our expectations! Our server was the lovely Kelsey, and she was exceptional! Very attentive and so friendly! We are going back again while we are in town! Way to go Daiquiri Shak for great service and food! And a huge thank you to Kelsey for making us feel welcome!“

So tonite had superb baby backs w/the sides of corn & beans & brunswick stew that were "so far above normal" cuz of the lil additives. Update: went in on Saturady the 11th. Bartender said take your seat there was three of us so we did sat on the table, front dining area we sat there for approximately 10 minutes, never seen a waitress, bartender looked over but side nothing, I counted 7 people in the whole place don't know who she was, but I can say she sucks...I have been going there since it opened, I grew up in Iowa. Just south of Waverly...“
