“Just a cool bar. Nice blend of demographics, lots of space for games nice log bar and the bartender (Abbie) was awesome. I've bartended for over 25 years and did not expect her to be as good as she was for her age. Also I hate to say but a lot of female bartenders aren't worth a damn, they think that their looks will get them by and generally it does. Abbie had it all looks, personable, knowledgeable, and made a SUPER solid Old Fashioned. One of the best I've had and not the way I generally prefer them.“

I had the Blacksmith bacon burger with steak fries. When I received my order the burger was cold and the fries were hot. I was not going to say anything to the server, but she asked if I would give the restaurant five stars and I said I would not and explained to her about my food. I was not looking for anything to be done at this point, due to the fact that I already have finished my meal and was going to have one more beer and then I was planning to leave. The counter area is huge and the restaurant seating area is smaller.Server was very nice. The table area is so so. The food was great. We ordered Duck Wings which were fantastic. Most of the menu is a variety of Burgers. I had the one with Pulled Pork on it.......great. One had the vegetable sandwich they said was delicious. The other had a Burger with bacon, fried chicken and gravy. They said that it was excellent. We all left full and satisfied.“

“I went with a group of 15 people where almost all of us spoke Spanish and our waitress spoke English, although we almost drove her crazy, she was the kindest and most patient person! Limited menu so everything is made wit care.Parking: Many people ride bikes or walk. Parking is limited but we have never had a problem. Worst case there is parking along the road outside the gate a short walk away.Kid-friendliness: Nice view of water and wild life. “This place was great. Food was good. Service was great. However while we were there our car was towed. There was no sign at parking spaces not to park. There were signs posted in other areas that we avoided. Once we we spoke with a waitress and was aware of the scam.We called towing scammers once we realized what had happened. They refused to turn around even though very close. We had to call Uber driver to take us miles down the road. While we waited for driver we realized the scam going on . We watched 6 cars towed while we stood there. They would put cones in spots until tow trucks were circling again then would remove for their next victims. So sad because we will probably never visit the area again because of this.“

“Ok if you're looking for a place with a mixologist and fancy cocktails you're not gonna get it. If you're looking for cheap drinks and smoke inside yep you'll get that. They've upgraded the menu since I started coming in. They've got an air fryer, toaster oven and a George Forman grill. They can make pizza burgers fries and wings now. The pizza is decent they offer a limited number of toppings but if you forgot to eat before drinking or are hungry while drinking you've got some options. The service is great they actually come say hey no matter how busy they stop by and say hi. If you're not a regular they know and will spend a little extra time with you. They have karaoke on Friday nights and most people are pretty good. If you're in Clearwater and wanna hang with some locals stop in. If you're looking to get out the house and go to a neighborhood dive bar stop on in.“

I did not like the automatic 19% surcharge since better to let customers pick their own tip amount.“

“I like this place, the food is great and the staff is lovely. The service was pretty slow but it wasn't the servers fault - the kitchen and wait staff are understaffed. The interior design was very lacking as well there were actual holes in the wall. The food was really good when it eventually came - the waiter was lovely when he had time to stop by. It wasn't busy at all but took our party of 2 over an hour and a half to have 1 appetizer, 1 drink, and a shared appetizer. The pretzels and cheese were a bit underwhelming, but the steak sandwich and potato salad were really good. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to visit again if things didn't change, but if you have time to spare maybe worth a visit.“

“A group of us went out on a bicycling journey, & lunch time hit. Someone suggested we divert to Luke's. I'm always game to try a new place, & this was a winner. We cycled up to the outdoor covered porch part of the restaurant, & seated ourselves. A personable waitress came out & soon our meals arrived. I ordered a Sweet Chili Burger with potato salad. My only complaint was I ordered the burger medium well, but the burger arrived very much undercooked with lots of red in it. I debated saying something, but I was so hungry I went for it. The burger was absolutely delicious. The beef had to be at least 1/3 pound. The sauce & onions were a fantastic combo as a topping. The potato salad seemed homemade & was much better than store-bought. I'd return again for a burger in the future. And when I do, I'll try again to get it cooked medium well.“
