“Used to go to this place a lot but it's falling apart. Bartender couldn't get nothing right the other day, kept messing up orders, kept ask same questions about everyones order..and then today I went back I asked about who was the bartender, a snotty customer in the bar said well. You can go do another bar!!... so I did ... And I won't go back. Whoever the bartender was last night was high on something. She couldn't get nobody's orders right? And there were people hanging out there and never seen before that where high on something and it wasn't alcohol!!“

Looked on the map and found this little hidden gem. You walk in and order at the counter, grab a drink and pay. Definitely a locals place but I loved every minute of it. Live music was a plus. She went out of her way to make our kids feel special, and her kind, caring attitude truly turned our day around after a disappointing experience at Eskpades. I understand both spots may be under the same management, and that’s fine—my previous review was simply to bring attention to how guests were being treated there.

This review, however, is to highlight the stellar service we received from Sophia at Doks. She completely redeemed our experience at Club Wyndham. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!

“If I knew I was going to be the first to review Current I would have definitely taken more photos. In general the Opal Sol hotel is AMAZING! Not a bad view in the entire property. We decided to grab some lunch at the pool bar Current. We started with the tuna tower whiz was AMAZING! We then had the grilled chicken Caesar salad which unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. It was bland, the chicken was dry and just completely underwhelming. However, the salad experience was quickly forgotten when we bit into some of the most scrumptious slice of Ultimo Pizza! Seriously this was one of the best pizzas we ever had, it was thin, and cooked to PERFECTION!

Service came with a smile even though it was quite busy. Overall atmosphere was amazing! Will definitely come back, please fix your Caesar salad!“

“I come here maybe 2 times a month. Yesterday was the first time I ordered a pizza. With pepperoni and jalapeño. It was the best pizza I ever eaten. Better than all the pizza places. Bartenders are beautiful, kind, very friendly. So impressed that my bill was $30 . So since the Bartenders are the best, my tip was more than the cost of my bill. “My friends and I are in town for the week and asked a local for a good place to get a burger. He recommended Daiquiri Shak. We walked into a warm welcome by a server who was leaving for the day, but she took the time to greet us and seat us. Then our very friendly server arrived at our table and welcomed us again and told us the specials. We ordered the shrimp and crab dip-omg-it was so delicious! Then we all ordered burgers. First bite into the burger we knew we hit the jackpot for a delicious, flavorful burger! It was beyond our expectations! Our server was the lovely Kelsey, and she was exceptional! Very attentive and so friendly! We are going back again while we are in town! Way to go Daiquiri Shak for great service and food! And a huge thank you to Kelsey for making us feel welcome!“

So tonite had superb baby backs w/the sides of corn & beans & brunswick stew that were "so far above normal" cuz of the lil additives. Pieces of meat in the beans & stew, fire roasted corn, wow, loooved them. Dessert can't pass up the roasted banana pudding w/cookies all through & on top, omigosh we're addicted, lol. “This place definitely is more expensive than it needs to be! They changed their drink menu but you can still get the Island Breeze if you ask. New drink menu reminded me of something you would see at Applebees. Very “chain-ish”. Part of the appeal was the unique menu choices. Definitely recommend the Tackle Box. Good price for a lot of fresh food. The black eyed pee hummus was killer!“

“Some people will say it's a dive bar. Far from that. Everyone is there to unwind and enjoy a night out. Whether it's to play pool, throw some darts or sit and watch the games.

They do not serve food but they do not mind if you bring your own.

It is a smoking establishment, which as a smoker I do like that.

They do have karaoke on Thursday and Saturday nights. Also, there is a dart league on Sunday and Wednesday nights.“
