This is such a great place, and I’m not the only one who thinks so, as the folks in Tampa have voted it Best Pub in Tampa in both 2024 and 2025.
Independently owned by a wonderful human, George, for 10 years The Blind Goat has it all. Great beer selection, tasty food, a fantastic selection of spirits, delicious cocktails, two dart boards, a mini stage for events, a great back room, a great outdoor/patio space, amd more TVs than you can shake a stick at.

Best wings in town and a great place to watch college and pro football. The outdoor area is an awesome place to chill, hang with your peeps or meet new friends!

The Blind Goat Food & Drink Co. is a lively and welcoming local bar in Tampa that offers much more than typical bar food. Despite its small and slightly awkward indoor space, the outdoor seating adds charm and comfort. The atmosphere is energetic and social, often featuring sports on TV, music, trivia, bingo nights, and games like darts, cornhole, pool, and Jenga, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or family. The staff and service are friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, contributing to a strong neighborhood vibe. Visitors frequently praise the knowledgeable bartenders, especially mentioning Megan, for their great suggestions and friendly attitude. The food stands out as a highlight, with dishes like wings, which are crispy and flavorful, and the pizza, which is surprisingly good for a bar setting. Other favorites include rich mac and cheese and a giant pretzel perfect for sharing. The drinks menu is diverse, featuring a good selection of beers and creative specialty drinks like the Goat Drip. Although the food is better than expected, some minor inconsistencies can occur during busy times, and service might slow down slightly. The indoor space can be lively and loud, which adds to the fun but may not be ideal for quiet conversations. Overall, The Blind Goat is a great spot for a casual night out, sports viewing, or just enjoying good food and drinks in a fun, friendly environment that keeps many regulars returning.
